Hi, my name is Daniel, although most call me Pastor Danny or Danny. I am the Senior Non-Denominational Christian Pastor/Evangelist, Non-Denominational Christian Motivational Speaker, Non-Denominational Christian Advocate, Non-Denominational Christian Life Coach, Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President and Co-Chief Financial Officer of The Organization of Bakers Concepts and Affiliated Companies DBA., BC&ACI one of the Largest Christian Based Outreach Ministries and Christian Based Direct Sales Multi-Stream eCommerce Companies in the world. I have owned and operated this Organization and Ministry for over 29+ years. My career is not a job to me. It is my passion.  God gave me the gift to manage enterprises executively and to be a Pastor, which is challenging but never impossible. I am not working and spend most of my time outdoors with family and friends. God had plans for my life, and I got pushed in a million directions, making me who I am today. I. I am very well-known in the many communities abroad where I live, work as a minister, and serve. I am a proud member of a very privileged family and extended family who love and care about me profoundly, as affluent as they are in humanities, business, and government. “Yup, I am the adopted colored one,” ~Joking.. 

So, family values are fundamental to me. I am a father of 4 kids. My oldest son is 29, my second oldest is 27, my third child is 18, and my youngest is 9. My kids are all out of the house and thriving; praise God!! I am incredibly proud of them.  

One of my mother’s favorite quotes is, “Learning how to love and when to let go is perhaps the greatest love in the world.” ~Judy Russo is well known for instilling in me the values of life and backing them in determination. I often tease my mother and tell her that breast milk brought me to who I am… Many say I am just like her… My mother was known in my life to teach me the most significant principle in life: “Love is always the answer” ~Judy Russo.

I am a powerful, independent man who works hard until 4 AM and is in bed by 3 AM daily. I play the game hard in life, business, and ministry.  I stand for Christian-based organizations, Christian-based non-profits,  Churches, Ministries, and Outreach ministries and fight diligently for those who are underprivileged and victims of stigma, labeling, and prejudice.  

Most people would describe me as a true warrior who will not grow up until he gets what he wants.  God fearing, Full of Tough Love, resilient, determined, decisive, constant, and someone you don’t want to mess with because he will twist your arm behind your back until it breaks to fight for what is right and just, and he will have an army to back him up… He will spin circles around you and come out on top of the other side. He is highly confident, determined, and full of truth. Excuses are never a part of his game plan… Empathy and understanding are famous quotes he says to everyone in the Ministry, business, and those he is close to: “What are you going to do about it? One of my biggest dislikes is people who are dishonest and can not keep their word. I believe “yes is yes, and no is no.” I am a lover of life, and all that is within life. I am also a man of faith, which is essential to me. I am a very free spirit.

I am a well-educated guy with an intense testimony. I have a BS in business administration/management/E-commerce/international trade. I also have a BS in Psychology/Sociology focusing on Family and Crisis counseling. (If you are looking for professional help, I can provide that too,).)I have a BS in Computer Science/Information Systems (Yes, I know computers, so if you don’t know anything about IT, I am that guy who can fix anything). I have a BS in Criminal Justice and am educated and trained as a paralegal pursuing my law degree. I know the law, both state and federal. 

I have a BS in Christian Ministry and am seeking my Master’s Through many correspondence courses, this ministry, and business through many correspondences for credit courses at many universities, trade schools, and online courses well as through services and hard work. Life begins with lists and ends with them complete.” Pastor Daniel Baker, I aim to take all my undergraduate training to all my undergraduate degrees and get my Dr. in Christian Outreach Ministry and my MA in all specialty disciplines I have listed above.  I am well ahead of that trend…  I value education greatly and often live by the quote, “Life is a learning process.” Pastor, Daniel Baker

I am a 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus, and it has become my passion to serve others in the community: Rotary Club (Prospective) and Stevens Ministries (Parts of).  I am also an Outside Advocate for many Non-Profits, Para Churches, Ministries, and Non-Profits when called to serve and assist law enforcement when asked as a Chaplain.  I am a part of many service ministries that work in “Hardcore” situations like Prisons, drugs, rehabs, hospitals, and street missions. I am honored to join these organizations for the causes they represent. I am a volunteer within my community.

I am married with four kids who are all out of the house. My passions are my work, family, and helping others. I am a well-educated man with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, computer science, and criminal justice. I am also pursuing my master’s degree in Christian ministry. I am a fourth degree knight in the Knights of Columbus and an outside advocate for many non-profits and ministries. I am also the founder of a non-profit organization that works with people who are addicted, mentally ill, and homeless.
